1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bhashya Digital Studio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Bhashya provides static website design and development services including:

• Digital business cards and vCards
• Wedding and event invitation websites
• Influencer and portfolio websites
• Corporate and business profile websites
• Restaurant digital menu systems
• Custom web development projects

3. Order Process

3.1 Placement: Orders are placed via email or contact form.

3.2 Confirmation: We will confirm your order and requirements within 24 hours.

3.3 Content Submission: You must provide all required content (text, images, logos) within 48 hours of order confirmation.

3.4 Preview: You will receive a preview link to review your website before final delivery.

3.5 Revisions: One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3.6 Final Delivery: Upon approval and payment, your website will be published within 24 hours.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing: All prices are as displayed on our website or as quoted for custom projects.

4.2 Payment Schedule: Full payment is required before website publication, unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Payment Methods: We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other payment methods as communicated.

4.4 Refunds: Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. No refunds after website publication unless there is a major service failure on our part.

4.5 Renewal: Annual plans must be renewed before expiry. Websites may be taken offline if not renewed within 30 days of expiry.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete content for your website
• Own or have legal rights to all content you provide
• Respond to our communications within reasonable timeframes
• Review preview links promptly and provide feedback
• Make payments as agreed
• Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.).

6.2 Our Work: Upon full payment, you own the final website design and code created specifically for you.

6.3 Our Templates: We retain rights to our base templates and may reuse design elements for other clients.

6.4 Portfolio Use: We may display your website in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise.

7. Hosting and Domain

7.1 Free Hosting: Included with all plans on our servers (bhashya.in/yourusername).

7.2 Custom Domain: Available with Royal plan or as add-on. Domain registration is in your name.

7.3 Uptime: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for downtime losses.

7.4 Backups: Regular backups are maintained, but we recommend you keep copies of your content.

8. Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, or offensive
• Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Violates any applicable laws

9. Limitation of Liability

Bhashya shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Website downtime beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party service failures (hosting, domain registrars, etc.)
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services with notice
• Update pricing for new orders
• Change these terms with 30 days notice
• Suspend accounts for violation of terms

11. Termination

We may terminate services if you:

• Fail to make payments
• Violate these terms of service
• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Are abusive to our staff

Upon termination, you may request export of your website content within 30 days.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
